About Event

This exciting session will demystify how emerging climate technology solutions can increase real estate value, decrease operating expenses, and solve tenant issues for property owners and operators of all sizes. Rather than talk high-level, we’ll get into the details of the opportunity areas, technologies, and deployment examples from projects across the US.

Attendees will engage with a range of founders deploying solutions for property owners and demo-ing a variety of innovative technologies. They will also hear about specific technologies that are suited for residential and commercial owners, helping them achieve KPIs around CapEx, OpEx reductions, incremental revenue etc. It promises to be a thought-provoking evening!

Agenda:

  • 5:00pm - Drinks and startup demos at booths

  • 5:30pm - Panel of property owner and climate tech founders sharing deployment examples

  • 6:15pm onwards - Concluding drinks and networking, and continued startup demos at booth

About the hosts:

Fram Energy is a NY-based startup, focused on bringing solar to the underserved multifamily rental market. Our software product enables landlords to sell solar electricity to their tenants, unlocking attractive returns for the landlord and energy savings for their tenants. We work directly with real estate owner/operators, as well as through solar developers.

Streetlife Ventures invests in pre-seed and seed B2B startups at the intersection of climate and urban areas, across the buildings, energy, mobility and logistics, waste and water, and adaptation sectors. We also partner with cities, real estate developers, and infrastructure groups to de-risk urban climate solutions and accelerate a startup's path to commercialization.
