The practice of self-love-and-pleasure can be your resource.

But pleasure isn’t always readily available.

There are many reasons why pleasure can be hard to find.

And, when it is available, it can also feel like an escape, not love.

It can feel rushed, impatient, like a coping mechanism.

Toys work, technically, but they don't necessarily deeply hit the spot.

If you suspect pleasure could feel different, this event is for you.

In this session, we cover how to get started with the right mindset, what to do with blocks, and we’ll explore applied techniques in detail.
