Edtech Fellowship Online Meetup: How customer-led feedback drives product development

​You're invited to our next community meetup where we will be welcoming Matt Jenner, ex UCL, FutureLearn & Pebble Pad and current Founder of Coursensu - the learning design platform.

​Matt will share the journey of working on industry-wide challenges across his various positions at UCL, FutureLearn and PebblePad & how this drove the creation of Coursensu.

​Matt will also share how feedback drives product development @ Coursensu and deep dive into a current example to frame how customer-led feedback informs product development.

​There will be plenty of chance for discussion around the challenges you experience, how these are validated (or isolated) within the sector and how you can identify when a challenge can become a product development opportunity.

​Format will be as usual: lightning talk + breakouts!
