The SlimmDuck Foundation recognizes creating safe spaces to talk about mental health and wellness as a critical component of fulfilling our commitment to support youth in Canada so they can thrive and achieve their goals.

In honour of Mental Health Week in Canada, we will bring together professionals and experts from the worlds of sports, mental health, and community services for a 45 minutes MINDFULL conversation on the dynamics and role that mental health plays in each industry or sector and how we can collectively bring forth solutions through programming and partnerships. We will also share tips for youth to navigate the transition to adulthood, and touch on the role of compassion and mindfulness in one's journey.

We invite leaders in the social services sector and in the sport industry, government officials, youth, and all impact makers to attend this conversation in hopes it will ignite change for the betterment of youth mental health across Canada.
