Innovating Conservation: Protecting Africa's Environmental Future with Tech
Join us for a vibrant discussion salon in Vancouver to bring together professionals interested in discussing African climate, nature, and tech policy issues for PNW Climate Week!
Both the PNW and Africa are home to rich forest ecosystems and innovation hubs. Working across continents, what are the possibilities in using technology such as AI for good in promoting positive climate and nature futures for Africa and the PNW? This event will explore how Vancouver and BC-based professionals are using innovative, tech-forward approaches to promote a more resilient future for biodiversity and climate across Africa and beyond. The event will include a thought-provoking discussion discussing the topic, followed by a dynamic mixer. Guest speakers will be announced soon!
Whether your work touches on African issues or you’re curious about international work on climate and nature, this is your place. Consider joining us to connect with like-minded professionals, share insights, and explore how innovation can support global nature and climate goals.
We will meet in Vancouver at the office of Yulu Impact Communications, an award-winning social and environmental impact communications firm founded on the principle of leading with impact to tell stories that matter. We'll have complimentary refreshments for the group. To foster an intentional space for truly meaningful conversations and valuable professional connections, we're limiting attendance to a select group.
