End the day with a special fireside chat, “From Zero to First Dollar”, featuring founders who’ve built revenue-generating startups from the ground up — no trust funds, no safety nets. Learn how they validated ideas, made their first sales, and grew their businesses with limited resources.

From pitching to pet parents to building a tech-enabled agency, she’s turned a scrappy idea into a profitable business helping hundreds of pet brands grow online.
Dong Wenhao
Co-founder, Smilie
Wenhao is a 2x founder, 2x school dropout, and now co-founder of Smilie—a fast-growing B2B gifting platform that helps sales and marketing teams turn prospects into clients through thoughtful, automated gifting. Backed by investors and powered by proprietary software, Smilie is redefining how companies build relationships. Wenhao previously built and exited a venture, has invested in multiple pre-seed startups, and brings 9 years of real-world startup hustle to the table.

Head of CED & Ecosystem Partnership
Benedict has extensive experience in the banking & finance industry having worked as a product manager across retail and business banking. He currently leads the Partnership & Ecosystem portfolio, driving strategic and operational activities to establish an ecosystem of cross-industry alliances and partnerships.

SzeYing leads AGILE, NP’s campus incubator built with UOB. She has worked across Singapore, China, and the US helping founders build early teams and communities. Previously the founder of Ventur-io, she’s passionate about supporting first-time entrepreneurs and shaping AGILE into Singapore’s top launchpad for student startups.
