Unlocking Infinite Possibilities: drum meditation

​As part of the Regenerative Fridays, we want through a shamanic drum meditation, to unlock the infinite possibilities. It start of the lunar month of the expansive Sagittarius!

​It is a time to re-assess limiting beliefs in order to unlock the expansion and new possibilities.

​​What to bring: your bottle of water, comfortable and warm clothes, warm socks, a pen, your journal or paper for taking notes, a big scarf or light blanket to cover yourself if you wish to relax.
