​The questions that lie at the foundation of each pillar are:
- Where can you grow the most?
- Which product(s) create the highest customer value?
- How will you engage your customer with a differentiated point of view (PoV)?
- Which GTM motions get you to your revenue goal faster?
- What’s your ROI in the customers’ mind?
- How else can you expand and upsell your customers?
- Which GTM metrics drive your business health?
- How do you give your team clarity, alignment, and trust?

This workshop is ideal for founders and CEOs as well as leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, revops, product or any other GTM function.

​About the Host:

​I’m a GTM advisor and executive coach with 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, go-to-market, and leadership.

I work with startup and scaleup CEOs, business leaders, and go-to-market professionals who want to improve themselves, their teams, and their results with tailored GTM strategies and leadership practices that deliver real business impact.

Over the last 25 years, I’ve held various marketing and sales leadership roles, working for companies of all sizes in all industries.

I’ve been a VP, a CMO, a sales leader, an individual contributor, a solo marketer, a consultant, and an analyst.

I’ve worked for pre-seed tech startups, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, associations, and federal agencies.

I’ve collaborated with leaders you’ve heard of, like Madeleine Albright, Adam Grant, Claes Fornell, and Sangram Vajre, and many you haven’t who bootstrapped their own MVP and went on to successful exits.

I work with GTM Partners as head of research and am certified in the GTM Operating System. I apply the lessons and research learned from working with hundreds of midmarket and enterprise companies to the startup environment.
