About the Venue:
FinTech House is an initiative of Portugal Fintech in partnership with Sítio to foster innovation and to make ideas grow. As a hub for innovation, we will be starting the event in the main auditorium, and afterwards enjoy networking on their incredible rooftop.
About the Organizers:
Gui Perdrix is a former coliving operator (Spain/Indonesia), author of the Art of Coliving book and former president of Co-Liv (global association of coliving professionals). Gui served as advisor to dozens of coliving founders, mainly focussed on concept creation, user experience and company growth. He currently serves as the CEO at Artof.Co, helping coliving founders succeed in their business.
Mayank Pokharna is a former coliving operator (SimplyGuest, India 2015-21) and a tech service provider (JumboTiger, 2020-21). He has advised 25+ coliving and proptech brands on marketing, operations and growth. Currently, he is a lead consultant and cofounder at Artof.Co
