Have you been trying to get into the habit of mindfulness meditation for a while, but just don't seem to make any breakthrough?

Fret no more!! We will share with you the secret of how to build up a habit of mindfulness for the long term.

In this no-BS, no-frills session, we will talk about:

  • How to choose the right time & place

  • How to get into the right mindset

  • How to set up a process that gradually builds up

  • How to track and reward yourself to stay motivated

  • How to find a community to stay accountable

Post the session, we will also have a short Q&A discussion and a short mindfulness meditation practice session to start out the good work :)

We will also share the details of a beginners-specific program to help you get started sustainably on your mindfulness journey and see the massive benefits!

What is Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

The ability to be mindful is present in all of us, but we need to learn to access it, primarily through meditation.

The host of the program is Soumik Neogi - a mindfulness meditation expert and a top-rated Airbnb Experiences host (4.96 out of 5). He has learned traditional ways of meditation at various Buddhist Monastery schools like Tushita Meditation Center (Mcleod Gunj) and Root Institute (Bodhgaya).

In an earlier life, he was a seasoned professional with over 10 yrs. experience in the Banking and Financial services industry.
