Heather Hiebsch is the CEO and Co-Founder of TeachUNITED, partnering with communities across the US, Latin America, and Africa to support teachers and improve student outcomes, with over 20 years of experience in education leadership.

James Gondwe is the Executive Director of Ulalo, a youth-focused NGO in Malawi, recognized for its innovative approach to education, skills development, and community engagement, driving sustainable change in underserved communities.

Laura Brown is the CEO of PEAS, a non-profit expanding access to quality education in Uganda, Ghana, and Zambia, with expertise in adolescent girls’ education and a passion for reaching underserved communities.
