Join 1, 2, or all 3 of these challenges! Feel good about putting your dollars towards nourishing our identity and connection to the planet. We're not only living on the planet, we're a part of nature! Discover the joys of talking about, reflecting on and taking action to be as healthy as you can in relation to your biggest body - the body of the earth!

While you are encouraged to attend M-F daily check-in sessions, attendance is up to the participants.

​June 21 Day Earth Challenge:

​Don't let stress, overwhelm or the uncertainty of our times deter you from the ultimate feel good of the summer - This June, give your stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and saboteurs over to nature. Many cultures value the practice of being in nature for health. Forest Bathing emerged in Japan and China in the 1980's to reduce stress and burnout. Neuroscience and studies prove the healing effect of being in nature. In fact, Nobel Laureate, Elizabeth Blackburn, discovered the telomere, the protective cap on our DNA, responsible for health and longevity. Our telomeres allow for regeneration and rejuvenation of our cells when we are conscious and feeling safe to surrender to the present moment - in meditation and nature. We’re going to combine both for a powerful experience. With group morning check ins, one on one phone coaching in nature, and meditating during this challenge, and nature as your "go to" for stress and overwhelm, prepare to be healed, rebalanced and rejuvenated by nature. You can't fail this! Invite a friend, get your co-workers or family members and children to join you! Enjoy this deep earth reset and regeneration back to wellness as you celebrate you and your connection to the planet.

In this course challenge, each participant is fully held and supported in their journey of using nature as a “go to” to destress. The June Challenge includes:

*Daily group check ins, M-F to receive support, in a safe, confidential, compassionate non-judgemental space, that allows for sharing, celebration, insight and personal transformation. Guided meditations could be a part of any session.

*Unlimited one-on-one coaching via phone in nature. (This could take place with a participant inside with a window open. It’s a creative interpretation in whatever feels right for each participant.)

*Support to practice meditating and being mindful with nature as one’s anchor, in whatever way feels right and safe for the participant. Some new explorations include trying meditation and mindfulness while looking out at nature as a way to safely ground.

*Coach Susan Rider shares her insights, wisdom and tools that have helped her feel improved health with this practice.

*Whatever current connection to nature and being outside is part of your routine, the challenge encourages a creative and safe exploration to expand this connection whenever there is negative emotion or stress. So if you imagine having an argument with a co-worker, during this challenge, you might offer “I’m doing this earth challenge, and would love a pause, so I can step outside for 5 minutes.” (Approve any work related changes ahead of time).

* Encouragement to share with one’s family, friends and support system that they are doing this challenge. And encouragement to do this challenge with a friend, family member, or co-worker.

*An experience that supports exploring within oneself and through one’s inner wisdom, one’s connection and identity to nature.

*Stop negative thought patterns and stories within oneself by becoming present with nature in the moment. Drop into the body wisdom and see what moment to moment guidance is offered.

*Anyone familiar with Positive Intelligence framework, can work through their sage and saboteurs while becoming mindful with nature.

*A creative, loving, safe and inspired atmosphere during the 21 day challenge to explore how connected or disconnected you might feel to the healing power of nature and the planet.

Always consult with your doctor, or therapist first to decide if this challenge is right for you. All participants are fully responsible for staying safe and fully accountable for any interactions outside or inside in connection to this challenge.

​According to the LA times 75% of American Consumers think about plastic reduction. Millennials even claim environmental harm as a primary reason they can't have kids. And experts believe if only 10% of products were refillable the ocean's pollution would be reduced by half. 

In this thought-provoking and inspiring 21 Day July challenge, Coach Susan Rider shares her own healing journey back to health. When doctors did not have answers, becoming healthier in her habits to the planet in her family’s home, was the ultimate medicine needed. Coach Susan Rider shares personal insights, lessons learned, tips, wisdom and stories on how she developed baby step, by baby step, powerful consumption habits that reflect a commitment to all health and the planet’s health.
