About Event

The second seminar in "AI in Action" series drops the theory veil and gets pragmatic. We’ll trace the five non-zero levels of AI sales autonomy—Assistive, Partial, Conditional, High, and Full—and anchor each one in measurable business outcomes. Rather than debating “if” AI can sell, we’ll examine “how much” autonomy delivers incremental pipeline velocity and margin. You’ll see the boundaries between human judgment and machine execution grow thinner as we climb the ladder, and you’ll weigh the trade-offs: speed versus control, breadth versus depth, experimentation versus standardisation.

The core of the session is a sequence of real-world demos of AI in sales. For Level 1, watch a language model assisting AE with meeting prep. Level 2 shows a lead qualification algorithm. At Level 3, a conditional workflow books meetings end-to-end while alerting reps only on edge cases like conflicting calendars or compliance flags. Level 4 zooms out to omnichannel orchestration that self-remediates bounced emails, recycles unresponsive leads, and adjusts sequences on the fly. Finally, Level 5 unveils the lights-out revenue engine: it forecasts, prices, and launches expansion plays while sales leadership focuses on strategic guardrails, not button-clicks.

Whether you’re a CRO plotting the next quarter’s targets or a rev-ops leader fixing pipeline leaks, you’ll gain the evidence, frameworks, and prompts to move from “assistive bots” to a fully self-optimising revenue engine on your own terms.
