Coaching Open House
Come experience coaching:
1) with me
2) for the first time altogether
3) both of the above!
This is for you if....
You've heard about coaching from a friend or in networking groups but never have tried it yourself. You're getting more and more curious!
You're feeling stuck or have a ton of options swirling around in your head and could really benefit from thought partnering with someone on it.
You've a veteran with coaching! You know it, you love it, but it's been a minute since you've worked with someone.
How it'll work:
Show up and bring something specific you'd like coaching on within a 10-15 timeframe.
I'll coach as many people as I can for the hour and you can hang around as long as you'd like to hear from others.
Topic suggestions to jumpstart your brain:
"I'm currently going through this and I know I want to reach X goal. How do I make an action plan to get there?"
"I can't tell what I really like to do and I'm not sure what I'm good at."
"I used to be so confident about my skills but after my last job I am seriously doubting myself."

About me:
Hi, I’m Sarah 👋 and I help women fall back in love with their career.
I went from being a shy English major (to almost therapist) to software engineer with 10+ years in tech. I've been an engineering manager, user researcher, and 2x founder. Now, I coach founders at a VC firm, startup leaders, and women in tech.
Come if you resonate:
You crave a career that gives you the energy to do the things you really care about, whether it’s spending May in France or putting out a side project into the world.
You miss being creative! You used to really enjoy crafting or woodworking but now you feel like all your energy gets zapped up by work.
It feels lonely to be surrounded by others when you can’t fully be yourself and they don’t understand why you can’t just be happy.
You’ve been curious about your next steps and feeling kind of lost about it, but also know that you’re ready for a change.
