Let's practice this mini flow sequence together to stretch, strengthen and lengthen the body slowly and smoothly.
Items needed for class:
* Yoga mat, large towel or blanket
Optional:
Blocks, cushions or pillows, strap or belt & a small stool or chair
* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
