About Event
Join me as we focus on gently relieving tightness, aches & pains and work on improving our flexibility and mobility.
Items needed for class:
* Yoga mat, large towel or blanket
* Cushion or pillow to support your knee
***We will be practicing this pose against a wall***
Optional:
Blocks, cushions or pillows & a non-elastic strap or belt, small stool or chair
* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
