​​Getting off your ass is fun, especially when you have others doing it too.

​​​Join us for a 3km/6km run in Nehru Park at 5 pm. Or just come for the Spikeball at 5:45pm

​You know the drill.

• ​​​5 PM: Meet at Nehru Park (enter from Niti Marg), we will be right here

• ​​​5:15 PM: Stretch

• ​​​5:30 PM: Run - 3km or double loop it

• ​​​Post run spikeball!
