​Hey ladies! Let’s get together for a fun and empowering dance class on Saturday, March 1st—no experience needed! We’ll move, laugh, and connect, then relax with a picnic afterward. 🧺❤️

​3PM to 4PM Dance class
4PM Picnic (stay as long as you’d like! 😊)
After the picnic, we can head to the Creative MARKET by LeMURia in Poblenou! 🎨✨
📍 Location: Glòries (exact spot shared upon registration)

​We’ll be dancing outdoors in Glòries, a lively spot where people often gather to dance. The area has large windows that work as mirrors, perfect for watching yourself dance.

​✧ Dance & Connect is all about movement, self-expression, and making new friends in a joyful and uplifting space.

Here’s how the class will flow:
1. Warm-up – A body scan to help you tune into your body and listen to what it needs.
2. Dance steps – Feminine moves inspired by Dancehall & Commercial styles, perfect for self-expression, releasing tension, and just having fun exploring them.
3. Short feminine choreography – To bring it all together and leave you feeling empowered.

​Whether you’re a total beginner or just want to have fun and meet new friends, you’re so welcome to join! ✨

​What to bring? Sneakers, comfy clothing, water, something to eat for the picnic 🥪🧺
