We all know them, sometimes we don't even recognize them or simply don't know when and how to respond: Microaggressions.
Those small, but harmful indignities come in many different shapes and sizes, but they are very effective in undermining an inclusive culture and collaboration.

About the meeting space:
We are meeting in the virtual 3D-environment Mozilla Hubs. It requires moving around with keys WASD and looking around with the mouse. No previous experience is needed, but if you're new to immersive spaces take a look at the most important controls in advance or open a free room of your own to test.
