We will be having daily morning walks along the creek, fitness and movement classes as well as classes to stimulate and calm our minds. You'll have the opportunity to learn and prepare highly nutritious foods using simple fermenting and sprouting methods as well as beauty recipes to nourish your skin and hair. Melt away with a private massage, create beautiful mala bracelets and reflect during our journaling practice. We will have the opportunity to tour a meadery and a have a private tasting event. Finally, we will let loose at our spa party!
