An introduction to lifting / how to use the available material in the NS gym.
This is mostly targeted at complete beginners (you've never set foot in a gym but want to start) or people who've been lifting for a few weeks / months with little progress.
The goal is to make you autonomous so you can start going to the gym on your own and make progress.
I will cover:
what equipment is available and how to use everything properly
how to actually build muscle
how to develop proper form
how to use tempo
gym etiquette (or how not to be the gym douchebag)
dispel some common lifting myths
I strongly encourage to take a notepad or your phone to take some notes.
