​In partnership with IDinsight, this session will introduce a comprehensive rubric designed to equip philanthropists and community-based organizations (CBOs) with actionable insights, measurable benchmarks, and best practices to effectively center dignity in their work. Drawing on grassroots experiences, gender-sensitive approaches, and the principles of trust-based philanthropy, we’ll explore how to cultivate a culture of mutual respect and authentic engagement, transforming philanthropy into a dignified, impactful partnership.
