An embodied collage workshop inspired by the earth element of the Chinese medicine wheel.
You are invited to let the earth wisdom and medicine manifest through your creativity! During our time together, I will guide you into an embodied meditation, a creative process and a contemplative time to integrate your experience.
Bring your scissors, glue, old magazines, a journal or an A4 sheet of paper and ... your own special spark of magic !
