About Event

Join me as we focus on gently relieving tightness from our hips and work on creating more mobility.

​Items needed for class:

* Yoga mat or large towel

* Yoga blocks or 2 sturdy books (Optional)

* Pillow or cushion (Optional) 

* Non-elastic strap or long belt (Optional)

* Small stool or chair (Optional)

* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time)
