Qualifications: MSc. Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Specialising in PCOS/PCOD and Fertility

Vani Iyer is an experienced Clinical Dietitian & Nutritionist with 6+ years of experience, specialising in chronic condition management, hormonal health, and postpartum weight management. She has helped countless women improve their health, manage PCOS, fertility issues, and metabolism changes, and adopt sustainable nutrition & fitness habits for long-term well-being.

Her approach is focused on realistic, science-backed lifestyle changes that work for busy women—without extreme diets or unrealistic fitness routines.
