beyond the honeymoon phase: a dating event [public]

​The honeymoon phase is great, but ever wish you could fast-forward to see how a potential partner would handle the tough relationship conversations? This event allows you to do just that, with a series of different partners, in a one-on-one, low-risk environment!

​You’ll role-play conversations like “What are we?”, navigating conflict, and establishing boundaries. Nervous about embarrassing yourself even if it’s in front of one person? The beauty of improv is the awkwardness only lasts a few minutes, and then we move on to the next activity

​What to expect:

• ​Part 1: Begin your dating adventure with romantic icebreakers

  • ​“Falling In Love Like a Korean Drama” - act out a K-drama script engineered to build emotional connection

  • ​“Improv meet-cute” -  practice your game in series of situations with different partners, in a low consequence environment

• ​Part 2: Beyond the honeymoon phase

  • ​Role-play a series of relationship milestone conversations

  • ​Bring as much as your real self to the scene as you are comfortable!
