Mapping the Land of Your Work Life
A dive into the invisible forces shaping how we work and live.
This is a workshop for curious humans who want to explore the hidden rooms of their work life - with humor, depth, and systemic coaching tools.
Together, we’ll wander through personal and collective dynamics, surf uncertainty, and shine flashlights into the corners we usually ignore.
Rooted in ORSC’s (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) systemic coaching approach, this interactive workshop will help you:
Explore the landscapes we each bring into our relationships at work.
Understand the different realities that coexist in any person and organisation.
Notice unspoken undercurrents influencing how we collaborate.
No pressure. No fixing.
Just awareness, presence, and a bit of fun.
