Join us for a session with Sara Sperling, Partner at Oxegen Consulting, who specializes in Executive Coaching, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Culture. This workshop will be focused on understanding the psychology of feedback and its impact on both the giver & receiver to better facilitate difficult conversations with peers, employees & executives. In the workshop you will have the opportunity to practice and apply these principles to real-life scenarios that leaders commonly face.
