​About the Translatathon

​ethereum.org will host an online Translatathon from 8/9 to 8/18, translating its website content from English into various languages. Contributors will receive different rewards based on their ranking by the number of translated words, with a total prize pool of up to 30,000 USDT. The goal of this event is to translate the website content and help non-English speakers to read ethereum.org more easily.

​About this Event

​This event is a physical extension of the Translatathon and will be held on 8/17 from 10:00 to 18:00 at the Perpetual Protocol Taipei office. Light snacks and drinks will be provided 🍹, and everyone is welcome to join and share translation insights. Participants will also receive a POAP 🏅.

​No prior translation experience or blockchain knowledge is required; anyone can participate! However, before the event starts, please:

​1. Register for the Translatathon on the official website

​2. Register for this physical event on this page

​Notes

• ​This event is aimed at translators, so it is recommended to register for the Translatathon before participating in this physical event. Click here to visit the Translatathon introduction page (includes the registration link).

• ​POAPs will be distributed on-site, so please have your wallet ready.

• ​Please bring your laptop and charging equipment; power outlets and internet will be provided on-site.

• ​Photos of the event will be taken, but your consent will be sought before taking them.
