

Find Ease Within // Wiggling with Ocean
Join us for a 90-min guided movement session focused on discovering ease and flow in movement.
This gentle, accessible practice invites you to move in whatever way feels natural, helping you:
Release habitual tension from the body
Access deeper states of relaxation and presence
Expand your capacity to feel sensation and emotion
Gently balance your nervous system
The session is grounded in the Non-Linear Movement Method®, a no-force, no-imposition somatic practice where your only instructions are to keep your eyes closed and maintain continuous, intuitive movement.
No experience necessary—this practice can be done by anyone, regardless of physical ability, fitness level, or age.
What to expect
The session will be held on Zoom, in your own space.
You’ll need a mat, rug, or blanket and a private space where you can move freely.
We’ll begin with a brief introduction and demonstration, followed by 45 minutes of movement with music, and time for rest and integration.

This month's theme: Find Ease Within
Sometimes the body speaks in tension: tight shoulders, shallow breath, a sense of holding on. And sometimes, trying to fix the tension can exacerbate the tension.
In July, we’ll explore what it means to find ease. Ease as something that might already be present beneath the noise, waiting to be felt.
Through intuitive, playful movement, we’ll invite the body to move at the pace of trust. We’ll follow sensation, loosen holding patterns, and make space for whatever wants to arise.

👋 About your guide, Ocean
I'm a movement practitioner and aficionado, with a deep curiosity for how we relate to our bodies, moment by moment. My approach blends intuitive movement, embodied anatomy, and nervous system literacy, rooted in years of studying my own body in motion.
I draw from modalities like the Non-Linear Movement Method, yoga, breathwork, strength training, Feldenkrais, fascial maneuvers, authentic movement, and attention-based practices like yoga nidra (non-sleep deep rest) and Alexander Technique.
I've been known to create spaces that feel safe, playful, and deeply attuned, and I always invite you to meet yourself exactly where you are—with compassion, presence, and curiosity.
My sessions are always about listening inward and letting movement become a conversation with yourself.
