1AM Gaming Presents: Demystifying Gaming Startups for Future Founders #LATechWeek
🎮👾 Expert Panel🔸Open Bar🔸Food🔸DJ 👾🎮
Have you thought about founding an independent game studio but didn't know where to start? Join us for an evening of food, drink, fun conversation and an insightful panel discussion with game industry luminaries pulling back the curtain on the gaming startup ecosystem. #LATechWeek is the perfect venue to bring together founders, investors, independent games publishers, and international strategic partners in one place to discuss the process of getting a game studio off the ground, fundraising, and finding the right partners to scale and go global.
1AM Gaming VC and partners will be hosting the event on October 16th from 6:00 to 10:00 PM in the vibrant Japantown district around Sawtelle & Olympic. In addition to our panels covering the ecosystem of gaming startups, this is also an opportunity to network, share ideas, and make meaningful connections with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Space will be limited to 250 attendees, so apply early and be patient. We expect to be over capacity for this event, so we will be prioritizing invitations by those who are closest to the target audience for the panel and those working in the gaming startup community as founders, investors, independent publishers, and strategics. Parking, food & drinks will be provided.
Grab your friends, bring your curiosity, and let's connect. See you there!

It's highly highly highly recommended that attendees take a rideshare if they plan on having drinks at the event! Rideshare pick up and drop-off is located on Corinth Ave in front of the bicycle racks and south of the parking garage entrance.
For those driving, self-parking is available inside the building's spacious parking garage located off of Corinth Ave, just north of Olympic Blvd. After entering the structure, proceed forward up the ramp to upper levels 1M and 2M. Parking closest to the event space is on 2M, but both are very close. Follow the signs to the event from there. The exit is on Purdue, so you will exit on the opposite side of the garage from where you entered. Be sure to get parking validation upon check-in so that you do not have to pay at the end of the night!
Special thanks to sponsors Lumen West LA, Greg Lovett @ Cushman & Wakefield, Justin Berenbaum @ Xsolla, Jonathan Chan @ Wilson Sonsini, and Calina Thompson @ Flagstar Private Bank for their generous support
