Helen is an award-winning bilingual coach from the UK with over 30 years of experience in Japan.
Drawing on her decade as a Communication Manager at McKinsey, she established her own business in 2013.
She now designs and delivers practical and uplifting training, coaching, and resources to help business professionals to do excellent work without sacrificing their wellbeing.
Helen is also a speaker, author, podcast host, wife, mother, and karate world champion.
Chief Strategist @ITER Organization
Taka serves as Chief Strategist of ITER Project-as a solution to the energy issue through the construction of nuclear fusion reactor. After his experience of launching new businesses in China and establishment of local subsidiary in Southern-India, Taka engaged in Innovation and R&D strategy at Strategy&.
Co-Founder & CEO @Q-Leap
Yoshiko Aiba co-founded Q-Leap, a business English training company, with Makiko Asaba in 2014 and serves as its President and CEO. In addition to this role, she works as a visiting professor at a business school and provides business and financial translation services as well as English training consulting for HR professionals. She has published a total of eight books on English language learning. She holds a master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Columbia University's Graduate School.
Co-Founder & CEO @Fitness Werkstatt
Atsuyo is the co-founder and CEO of FitnessWerkstatt, a fitness company dedicated to empowering women, especially mothers, through sports to address societal challenges and improve health and well-being at the community level. With over 20 years of experience across Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, and Europe in various fields, sport has been a core part of her life mission. Having experienced both the elite sports environment at the Olympics and grassroots initiatives at UNICEF UK, she recognizes the transformative power of sport. Through FitnessWerkstatt, she has also realized long-held dream of promoting the inclusion and integration of children from refugee and migrant backgrounds, using sports as a tool for connection and growth in local schools.

Please enter the building from the office entrance (Hibiya-Dori Street) on the 1st floor. Please take the elevator to the 9F and then visit EY general reception at 10F by escalator.

２．To access Venue (EY The Hub) rooms from EY general reception (10F)
Please present the Luma QR code at EY general reception. After checking in, you will receive your visitor pass for the venue.
Then, please take the elevator to the 21F.

日本で30年以上の経験を持つ英国出身の受賞歴あるバイリンガル・コーチ。過去１０年間務めたマッキンゼーでのコミュニケーション・マネジャーとしての経験を生かし、2013年に起業。
現在は、ビジネスプロフェッショナルがウェルビーイングを犠牲にせず成果を上げるための実践的なトレーニング、コーチング、学習コンテンツを考案、提供している。
また、スピーカー、著者、ポッドキャストホスト、妻、母、空手の世界チャンピオンという多彩な顔も持つ。

人類のエネルギー問題解決のための核融合実験炉建設計画であるITER計画の戦略責任者を務める。NTTコミュニケーションズで中国における新サービス開発や南インドの現地法人に携わったのち、Strategy＆でイノベーション戦略やR＆D戦略の経験を経て現職に就く。香港科技大学（HKUST）ビジネススクール卒業。

日比谷通り側（日比谷公園側）のオフィス棟専用エントランス（１階）にお越しください。エレベーターで9 階までお上がりいただき、さらにエスカレーターで 10 階までお越しください。
10 階に EY の総合受付がございます。
※商業施設の入口からオフィスへは行くことができませんのでご留意ください。
２．EY 総合受付（10 階） から会場（EY The Hub）まで
LumaのQRコードをEYの総合受付で提示してください。チェックイン後、会場への入館証をお渡しします。
その後、エレベーターで21階にお進みください。
