Building a Startup is more than Building Product
Byron Design Thinking (Previously IxDA Byron Bay) is pumped to host this session with Peter Laurie from Inductive. We’ll dive deep into real-world product stories and hard-won lessons—no jargon, no bs, just practical insights that’ll help you bring ideas, products, startups, and scaleups to life.
People (especially product people) think that if you delight the user everything will be fine. This is a decent starter strategy, but it ignores your constraints on both what you can build, and what they'll actually pay for. It is further complicated by the fact that your users effectively lie to you about what they want.
Join Peter as he literally illustrates how he has helped hundreds of startups and scaleups to work on their biggest problem—find product-market fit before they run out of time and money.
There will be drinks and food with networking before and after. Come have fun, meet people, learn and enjoy some good chats as well.
