Daisy Jones, Employment Law Specialist and Partner at Fox Williams
Daisy is a partner in the employment team at Fox Williams, ranked as “Up and Coming” in Chambers. She advises on all aspects of employment law and HR-related issues with a focus on clients that operate in the technology sector, in particular Fintech and Disruptive Tech.
Daisy’s work encompasses a wide range of HR matters including executive service agreements, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy exercises, termination packages and settlement agreements. Daisy has extensive tribunal experience having advised on disputes in relation to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
