Day 01: Pike Tank

​Is your business idea the next big catch?

​Pike Tank is your chance to pitch your serious business idea to investors, mentors, and industry experts who can help take it to the next level. This is your opportunity to give your startup the next step up with funding, connections, and so much more!

​Business Stage Requirements:

• ​Minimum Viability: The business should be beyond just an idea. It must have at least one of the following:

  • ​A prototype or MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

  • ​Market validation (customer interest, pilot testing, or initial sales).

  • ​A structured business model and clear revenue plan.

• ​No Requirement for Legal Registration: Your business doesn’t have to be officially registered, but having a roadmap for growth is encouraged.

​Who Can Participate?

• ​Open to student-led businesses from LUT and LAB.

• ​Both early-stage and growth-stage startups and businesses are welcome.

• ​Teams should have at least one of the members currently studying.

​Please note this is NOT a general sign up and all registrations need to be accepted by the LahtiES board to ensure validity of the business idea.

​Additionally, this is a registration for your business idea/team so you can receive a timeslot. Each member of your team does NOT have to register separately. Don't forget to attend the rest of Startup Fest! Register for Day 01 here.
