​Twice a week, we gather at sunrise on Bogatell Beach for a refreshing swim and a gentle start to the day. After swimming, we usually head to a local café (Bricks, Taulat-44, or Miners) for coffee and relaxed conversation.

A cold morning dip releases endorphins and dopamine, lifting your mood and energy. Sunlight boosts serotonin, helping you feel calm and focused. And post-swim coffee chats raise oxytocin, leaving you more connected, resilient, and ready for the day ahead.
