What we will do
During this interactive event we will explore the science of Reflective Journaling and guide you through a series of reflective prompts. After the reflection exercises you are free to stay back and share your experiences with remote working and reflective journaling.
We do not tell you what to change in your working style as everyone is different. The purpose of this session is to help you kickstart change and develop a positive remote work-style.
