​ 1.5-hour workshop at the cozy Frame Cafe in Finsbury Park will consist of intention setting, breathwork, and sound healing to leave you feeling grounded and blissful.

​Beginning with an opening circle setting intentions for the journey, followed by conscious breathwork and ending with sounding the body and mind in a sound bath led by Gabriella. Closing off the evening in community - sharing food and laughs at Frame. Don't miss this opportunity to pamper yourself with the care you deserve.
