About Event

As a caregiver, you juggle countless responsibilities, often putting your own needs on the back burner.

The holiday season, while filled with potential for joy and connection, can also be an added source of stress and overwhelm, especially when dealing with personal challenges and heightened expectations.

Join our Heal & Lead Circle for "The Centered Caregiver" as we explore these complex dynamics on our holiday experiences. Together, we'll focus on:

  • Honor Your Emotions: Understand why a range of emotions, such as grief, anxiety, and disappointment, exist and can arise during the holiday season.

  • Set Realistic Expectations: Avoid overcommitting and focus on creating meaningful experiences and let go of societal pressures to create a perfect holiday.

  • Prioritize Stronger Connections: Foster deeper connections with loved ones, especially during the holiday season, despite busy schedules and differing expectations.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About This Event

Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.

As the Centered Caregiver, you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who prioritizes the well-being of yourself and others, while navigating the challenges of caregiving - whether it be your children, family member, or other loved ones. You strive for balance and harmony in life through self-care, ensuring your own well-being and maintaining your ability to support others effectively.
