Shadow Day of Life Skills: Launch an App in 60 Minutes
Sign your grades 4–8 child up for this free, interactive financial literacy workshop!
In this hands-on 60-minute workshop, students will learn how to turn an idea into a real app - even with no coding experience. They’ll start by learning how to come up with an app idea that actually solves a real-world problem, then dive into what an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is and why starting simple matters.
Then we’ll bring their ideas to life: using AI tools, students will build and launch a basic app, ready to be shared and shown off.
This session is designed specifically for students and will be highly interactive, with breakout rooms and group activities. Parents are welcome to watch from the sidelines, but should not actively participate.
