About Event

With ADHD, meditation is (almost) impossible.

Popular meditation techniques ask you to ‘quiet your mind’, 'ignore thoughts', ' focus on the breath'. That might work for neurotypical minds. But it doesn't work for ours.

So we need another approach.

An ADHD-friendly meditation approach.

This meditation and breathwork workshop is specially designed to work with, not against, the ADHD mind.

Lead by Joseph Pack who developed these techniques to manage his own ADHD symptoms.

Join us and gain practical tools that can work alongside your current coping strategies to navigate daily ADHD challenges. Whether you're personally managing ADHD or supporting someone who is, this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore these techniques with like-minded individuals.

You'll receive a video recording of the workshop. If you can't attend for any reason, you'll still be able to learn the ADHD-friendly meditation technique.

About the teacher:

Joseph Pack is a founder with ADHD. He’s also Founder of drugfreeadhd.org, where he is exploring the possibilities for manage ADHD with skills (not pills).

Joseph was diagnosed ADHD at 27 after suffering 5 seizures from years of self-medication and workaholism. Since then, he’s been on a 8 year journey of self-experimentation to see if he can manage ADHD without medication. He’s tried almost everything. Sticking with what works and ditching the rest. He shares his unique insights on social media, his weekly newsletter and on the Drug Free ADHD podcast.

Joseph has given lectures at Manchester Metropolitan University, Nottingham University and General Assembly. And speaks at events and conferences across the UK.
