Extend - From Lab to Market: How biotech innovations are shaping the future
As part of MIND Innovation Week, to be held at the MIND Innovation District in Milan, Extend, the National Biotech Technology Transfer Hub promoted by CDP Venture Capital in collaboration with Angelini Ventures and Evotec, invites you to a dedicated event on 9 May 2025.
Extend will illustrate its model and achievements, its future strategies and its key role in enhancing research. In addition, a panel of experts will talk about their experience in the development process that brings a new therapeutic approach from the university lab to the patient.

How to arrive at the Village Pavilion MIND:
🚆 Public transportation
Get off at the station:
🔴 “M1 - Rho Fieramilano”, if you’ve arrived with the subway
🔵 “Rho Fiera”, if you’ve arrived by train (from Milano - line S5 or S6)
🔴 From M1: Exit through the subway M1’s turnstile and turn right. Follow the directions for the Railway station platforms and go straight. Now you should have found the blue signs “MIND Milano Innovation District”. Get past the platform 6’s entrance and continue walking straight ahead for 100m; then turn right and walk through the yellow tunnel.
🔵 Da Rho Fiera FS: Once you get past platform 6 sign, go straight for 100m and then turn right into the yellow tunnel.
Continue all the way to the top of the hill, where you will find the MIND Transfer stop. This internal shuttle service can be used free of charge to reach your event location by showing the TRANSFER PASS that will be shared with you.
Get off at the second stop “MIND Village” if your destination is:
✔️ The Village Pavilion. To get to the building from the bus stop, cross the street and walk on “Viale Decumano” for less than 100m; you’ll find the white building on your left.
🚘 CAR / PRIVATE BUS
We encourage you to choose sustainable solutions for your journey by heading to MIND by subway or train.
If this isn’t possible and you need to come by car or with a private bus, here are the info you need to follow in order to be able to enter and park in MIND:
⚠️ N.B. In order to be able to access to MIND by car/ private bus, you need to send us an email with your license plate number at least 24 hours before your arrival and the event.
📍 Set your destination on Google Maps (or your navigator) by writing “CARGO 6 MIND”.
📍 When you arrive to Cargo 6 entrance the entrance will be guaranteed if the license plate number has been registered on time.
To reach the Village Pavilion you can enter in the MIND Innovation District by following the instructions written above.
📍 From Cargo 6 drive straight for 200m, then turn left on Viale Decumano.
📍 After approximately 1km you will be in front of the Village Pavilion.
Parking lots to be defined.
⛔ It is strictly forbidden to park on “Viale Decumano” and also on the side roads, unless there is a specific signage on the street. ⛔
