About Event

Are you a business owner considering retirement or succession planning? Or a community organization looking to expand its impact through business acquisition? Or a group looking to spin off a co-operative?

Join us for an information session on the Social Enterprise through Acquisition (SETA) program, a transformative approach to fostering economic sustainability and community well-being.

The SETA initiative, led by the CSCNL through the Social Innovation Lab and the NL Federation of Co-operatives, empowers local businesses and community organizations by facilitating the transition of small businesses to community ownership. This model supports business continuity while driving social impact, creating resilient communities and sustainable local economies.

This session will provide an overview of the Financial Aspects of an Acquisition.
