Our workshop theme is dedicated to nurturing the inner child in all of us 🫂. As we grow, we pick up stories and experiences that can pull us into shame, limiting beliefs, and ways of being that prevent us from feeling grounded, playful and connected to ourselves.
In this workshop, we'll unpack and release old narratives, creating new ones, making collages that honour those childhood versions of ourselves 🤎
This offering is for you if you're curious about exploring therapeutic creative practices guided by a licensed therapist 🛋, want fresh inspiration for your existing art or journalling practice 🎨 📓, or kickstart a creative journey in community with likeminded others✨
Grounded and informed by narrative, art and somatic therapies, all supplies will be provided, and exploration of the therapeutic prompts will be supported in an intimate setting.

4:35pm - 4:45pm: Collage journalling 101, tour of materials + intro to the guided prompts
