​Curious to learn more about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and build on the healing work you’re doing at WTHN? Take your TCM knowledge to the next level with this 2-hour walking tour in Manhattan’s vibrant Chinatown. Renowned TCM food therapist Zoey Gong will bring you to her favorite herb shops, street vendors, and grocery stores and show you the best TCM goodies to buy for the season and overall wellness. After the tour, you will be able to navigate Chinatown and its wonderful offerings. 

​Ticket also includes a copy of Zoey’s cookbook “The Five Elements: Recipes for Everyday Healing.”

ABOUT ZOEY GONG

​Zoey Gong is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) chef, food therapist, registered dietitian, and educator based in Brooklyn, New York. Born in Shanghai, China, she has hosted hundreds of pop-up dinners, workshops, and events featuring TCM food therapy in both China and the United States since 2018, bringing healing foods and Chinese cultural traditions to thousands of guests. Her first cookbook was released in February, 2023 by Harper Collins. She has consulted and opened many restaurants, including The Red Pavilion, Sage Collective, and more. She has been featured in VOGUE, Food & Wine Magazine, NBC news, Eater, Bon Appetit, and more.
