Honoring Nannette Arbon
Nannette Arbon’s work as the Regional Director of DTI Region 7 touched nearly every corner of Cebu’s innovation story. Through her leadership, support, and quiet persistence, she created conditions for risk-takers and dreamers to build.
On this evening, we take a moment to thank her — in our own words, in our own way.
