About Event
Join us for a winter solstice Yoga Nidra practice to focus on the transition from autumn to winter. Winter is the season of rest and reflection and it is a time for us to slow down and rest.
What is Yoga Nidra? It is a practice for anyone of all abilities. The practice is also known as yogic sleep, a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage induced by a guided meditation.
To receive the most from this practice: Find a nice quiet spot (just do your best!) where you can stretch out on the floor with a some pillows and blankets.
