DOT Project Workshop: Working effectively with Digital Suppliers
Purpose: To support Comic Relief organisations to identify good practices and tools they can use for good partner relationship management with partners beyond the Comic Relief support.
By the end of this session participants should be able to:
Identify who their partners are
Understand how to set out clear roles and responsibilities for the medium to long term for partner relationship management
Know how to create rhythms and routines for partnership management which suit their organisation
This session is for:
Organisations who are currently working with digital suppliers - including CRM partners, cloud partners, web design partners
The individuals who should attend from the org are those managing partnership, responsible for operations and/or taking decisions on partner budgets
