Breathe & Center: Begin with a moment for breath and warmth as we bid farewell to winter and welcome spring with essential oil-infused cooling towels.
Guided Visualization of Community: Experience a meditation and activity led by Fabrik member and founder of The Full, Isabella Cassell, exploring when you feel most energized, and then the real-world communities, spaces, and activities that you can build into your daily life.
What is The Full?
The Full is a community tackling the loneliness epidemic by bringing joy, optimism, and real connection back to dating in NYC. The signature event series, Dating App Disconnect, creates IRL opportunities for connection through skill-building activities, confidence-boosting speakers/resources, and meaningful conversations — helping people feel less isolated and more empowered in their dating experiences. The Full helps people connect better with themselves so they can connect fully with others — and create an energized, satisfied, and hopeful life that feels like a party.
