Loose Threads: Unlocking the Magic in Transition
Loose Threads: a Fabrik series for strengthening self to build better things.
Do you feel that? Like the ground keeps shifting beneath you, faster than you can catch your breath? These days, it’s harder than ever to find your footing—personally, collectively, globally. One season ends, another begins, and we’re left in the in-between—trying to make sense of it all. Whether you're reeling from a recent loss, sitting in the quiet ache of “something needs to change,” or just sensing that you're in between versions of yourself—this evening and community is for you.
A guided experience for builders navigating uncertainty and transition - whether you're building a business, a community, or a habit of saying 'yes' to new things.
In our journey as builders, the spaces between what was and what will be often hold the most potential—and the most challenge. Join us for this special edition of our Loose Threads series, where grief and transitions coach James Philipp (The Turbulence Coach) creates space for community builders to explore the power of embracing transition rather than fighting it.
This experience is designed for those who understand that meaningful creation comes not from perfection, but from the willingness to pursue possibility even amid uncertainty. You'll discover:
Practical grounding techniques to stay centered when building through chaos
Frameworks that reframe transition from obstacle to opportunity
Reflective practices that build trust and unlock creative potential
Connection with fellow builders navigating similar paths
A nourishing dinner of lentils and rice to sustain body and spirit
The supportive environment of Fabrik as your basecamp for growth
This isn't a workshop on productivity—it's an invitation to step out of your own way. You'll leave with greater internal spaciousness, deeper compassion for your journey, and renewed courage to build forward without needing all the answers first.
At Fabrik, we believe that builders (and aspiring builders) can find the most fulfillment not in perfection, but in the process of creating alongside others. Join us to nurture the mental, emotional and social foundations that make sustainable building possible.
This isn’t a seminar. It’s a gentle reset. You will leave with more spaciousness inside, more compassion for where you are, and a little more courage to move forward—even without all the answers. At Fabrik, we encourage you to nurture your mental, emotional and social health wherever you are in your journey.
****What to Bring
Your honest, tender, in-process self
A challenge, question, or change you’re sitting with
An openness to reflect, feel, and connect (vulnerability is welcome and supported)
A pen and something to write on (we’ll be journaling)
A commitment to arrive on time — we’ll begin promptly with a grounding practice to settle the space and set the tone for the night
